Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	NOTE M – 401(k) PROFIT-SHARING PLAN We maintain a 401(k) profit-sharing plan for our employees.  Under this plan, we may make discretionary profit-sharing and matching 401(k) contributions.  Contributions of $1,480,000,    $1,436,000 and $1,354,000 were made in fiscal years 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively.
