All of the shares were purchased in the fourth quarter. Subsequent to September 29, 2012 and through October 31, 2012, we purchased and retired 48,255 shares of our common stock at a cost of $2,762,602. On November 8, 2012 the Company’s Board of directors authorized the purchase and retirement of an additional 500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. In our fiscal year ended September 24, 2011, we did not purchase and retire any shares of our common stock. In our fiscal year ended September 25, 2010, we purchased and retired 203,507 shares of our common stock at a cost of $7,768,000.
