Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE M – 401(k) PROFIT-SHARING PLAN We maintain a 401(k) profit-sharing plan for our employees. Under this plan, we may make discretionary profit-sharing and matching 401(k) contributions. Contributions of $1,662,000, $1,480,000 and $1,436,000 were made in fiscal years 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
