Stock-Based Compensation	10. Stock-Based Compensation The Company accounts for stock-based compensation in accordance with ASC Topic 718, "Compensation – Stock Compensation" which requires the Company to recognize compensation expense for stock-based awards, measured at the fair value of the awards at the grant date. The Company recognized expense of approximately $135,000 and $242,000 during the quarters ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively and $387,000 and $511,000 for the six month periods respectively.
