Financial Instruments	14. Financial Instruments Our financial instruments consist primarily of investments in cash and cash equivalents, receivables and certain other assets and accounts payable. The carrying values of these financial instruments approximate fair value at June 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, due to their short-term nature. Most of the debt obligations approximate their reported carrying amounts based on future payments discounted at current interest rates for similar obligations or interest rates which fluctuate with the market.
