Share-Based Compensation	8. Share-Based Compensation The Company accounts for share-based compensation in accordance with ASC Topic 718, “Compensation – Stock Compensation” which requires the Company to recognize compensation expense for share-based awards, measured at the fair value of the awards at the grant date. The Company recognized expense of approximately $165,000 and $151,000 during the quarters ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and $493,000 and $538,000 for the nine month periods ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
