Stock Compensation Plans	(3) Stock Compensation Plans During the three months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, we recognized share-based compensation expense of approximately $8.2 and $6.4, respectively, and $24.7 and $17.9 for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. The expense relates to grants of stock options, deferred stock units, restricted stock units and performance share units. Consideration received from stock-based awards was $21.0 and $15.8 for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. We recognize share-based compensation expense related to grants of share-based awards in Selling and Administrative Expenses on a straight-line basis over the service period of each award.
