Share-Based Compensation Plans	(3) Share-Based Compensation Plans During the three months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, we recognized share-based compensation expense of $7.9 and $8.2, respectively, and $22.8 and $24.7 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The expense relates to stock options, deferred stock, restricted stock and performance share units. Consideration received from share-based awards was $4.8 and $21.0 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. We recognize share-based compensation expense in selling and administrative expenses on a straight-line basis over the service period of each award.
