RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In connection with the acquisition of Power Solutions in 2014, the Company maintains minority ownership in a joint venture in the PRC. See Note 2, Acquisitions and Disposition. The joint venture may purchase raw components and other goods from the Company and may sell finished goods to the Company as well as to other third parties. The Company paid $0.3 million and $1.5 million for inventory purchases from the joint venture during the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, respectively. At June 30, 2015, the Company owed the joint venture approximately $0.5 million, which is included in accounts payable on the condensed consolidated balance sheet.
