During this period, up to the filing date of this Annual Report on Form 10-K, management identified the following subsequent events: •On October 5, 2023 the Company announced that Gregory A. Sigrist was appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective immediately after the filing of the Company's Annual Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2023.
