                THREE UPCOMING INVESTMENT CONFERENCES

     Werner  Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:WERN) ("Werner"), one  of  the
nation's  largest  transportation and logistics companies,  announced
that  it  will  participate in three upcoming investment  conferences
during November and December.

     Werner will first participate in the Robert W. Baird & Co.  2010
Industrial  Conference on Wednesday, November 10,  2010  in  Chicago,
Illinois.  Werner will be represented at the conference by  Derek  J.
Leathers,  Chief Operating Officer of Werner and President of  Werner
Global  Logistics,  and  John J. Steele,  Executive  Vice  President,
Treasurer  and  Chief Financial Officer of Werner.  Messrs.  Leathers
and  Steele will summarize Werner's business and operations in a  30-
minute  presentation and Q&A discussion for the investment  community
and  during  meetings  with  investors.   The  presentation  and  Q&A
discussion will begin at 11:15 a.m. (CST).

     Mr.  Steele will then represent Werner at the Stephens Inc. Fall
Investment  Conference on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in  New  York,
New  York.   At the conference, Mr. Steele will provide  a  25-minute
general  presentation on Werner's business and operations  that  will
begin at 2:00 p.m. (EST).  Mr. Steele will also conduct meetings with
investors during the conference.

     Werner   will  also  take  part  in  the  RBC  Capital   Markets
Transportation and Industrials Conference on Wednesday,  December  1,
2010  in  Miami,  Florida.  Mr. Steele will give a  general  business
overview  of  Werner  in  a  presentation  and  Q&A  discussion   for
investment  professionals and during investor meetings  held  at  the
conference.  The presentation and Q&A discussion will begin at  10:15
a.m. (EST) and will be approximately 30 minutes in length.
