Commitments And Contingencies	(5) Commitments and Contingencies As of September 30, 2011, we have committed to property and equipment purchases of approximately $100.4 million. We are involved in certain claims and pending litigation arising in the normal course of business. At this time, management believes the ultimate resolution of these matters will not materially affect our consolidated financial statements.
