Commitments And Contingencies	(7) COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES We have committed to property and equipment purchases of approximately $94.7 million at December 31, 2011. We are involved in certain claims and pending litigation arising in the normal course of business. Management believes the ultimate resolution of these matters will not materially affect our consolidated financial statements.
