Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 6, 2019, the Company announced the future consolidation of its Tacoma, Washington and Portland, Oregon distribution centers into a new facility in Centralia, Washington, which is currently under construction. In addition, the Company is expanding its Ridgefield, Washington facility by 541,000 square feet (to a total of nearly 800,000 square feet) to provide capacity for its growing customer base in the natural, organic and specialty channel.
