(1) During the second quarter of 2023, we agreed to defer up to $1,500, or up to $300 per month for May through September 2023, in interest payments due on one of Prestige’s mortgage loans secured by 15 skilled nursing centers in Michigan. We deferred $600 in interest payments during the second quarter of 2023 and $300 in interest payments in July 2023.
