Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events On October 16, 2018, the Company received a $45.0 million upfront payment from United Therapeutics in accordance with the UT License agreement which became effective October 15, 2018. Pursuant to the Tenth Amendment to Facility Agreement with Deerfield, on October 18, 2018, the Company repaid Deerfield $3.0 principal million amount of 2019 notes, which payment had previously been deferred until the earlier of October 31, 2018 and the first business day following the Company’s receipt of the $45.0 million upfront payment from United Therapeutics.
