Fair value of note payable to related party, description The fair value measurement of the note payable is based on discounted cash flow model and it is sensitive to the change in yield (Level 3 in the fair value hierarchy). If the yield increases by approximately 2% from 23% to 25%, the fair value of the note payable with the conversion feature would change from $59.5 million to $57.9 million, or a decrease of $1.6 million and 2.7%; if the yield decreases 2% from 23% to 21%, the fair value of the note payable with conversion feature would change from $59.5 million to $61.2 million, or an increase of $1.7 million or 2.9%. If the yield increases by approximately 4% from 23% to 27%, the fair value of the note payable with the conversion feature would change from $59.5 million to $56.3 million, or a decrease of $3.2 million and 5.4%; if the yield decreases 4% from 23% to 19%, the fair value of the note payable with conversion feature would change from $59.5 million to $62.9 million, or an increase of $3.4 million and 5.7%.
