The Company also operates a middle-market equipment leasing businesses under the Winmark Capital® mark and operated a small-ticket financing business under the Wirth Business Credit® mark until November 2020. The Company has a 52/53-week fiscal year that ends on the last Saturday in December. Fiscal years 2021, 2020 and 2019 were 52-week fiscal years.
