Related Party Transactions	(12) Related Party Transactions Daniel Croteau, who has been a member of the Company’s board of directors since December 16, 2015, is the Chief Executive Officer of Vention Medical, Inc., a customer of the Company.  Sales to Vention for the first quarter of 2016 were approximately $106,000.  All accounts receivable from Vention were paid in full at March 31, 2016.
