Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	(20 ) Related Party Transactions Daniel Croteau, who has been a member of the Company’s board of directors since December 16, 2015, was the Chief Executive Officer (through March 2017) of Vention Medical, Inc. (“Vention”), a customer of the Company. Sales to Vention for the three -months ended March 31, 2017 were approximately $148,000. As a result of the sale of Vention, Mr. Croteau’s employment ended in March 2017 and sales to Vention are no longer considered related party transactions.
