SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 8, 2019, the Company signed a definitive agreement with Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. to sell certain assets of the non-core specialty alloys and metals business located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The transaction is expected to close during the December quarter of fiscal 2020. The carrying value of the assets, classified as held and used in the condensed consolidated balance sheets, is approximately $27 million as of September 30, 2019.
