Total depreciation and amortization expense for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017 was $3.6 million, $2.5 million, and $2.5 million, respectively. For the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, $2.2 million was recorded in general and administrative expense and $1.4 million, $0.3 million, and $0.3 million, respectively, was recorded in fulfillment expense in the accompanying consolidated statement of income.
