Subsequent Event	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 5, 2017, the Pfizer Collaboration Agreement was amended to extend the target nomination period from November 5, 2017 to May 5, 2018. This amendment provides Pfizer with an additional six months to nominate the two remaining hepatic targets under the Pfizer Collaboration Agreement.
