Share Repurchases	Note 14 – Share Repurchases On January 3, 2014, the Company announced that its Board of Directors replaced its existing share repurchase authorization with an increased authorization to repurchase up to $150.0 million of common stock with an authorization effective through January 2, 2016. During the three and six months ended February 28, 2014, the Company repurchased 78,520 shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $6.6 million. During the three and six months ended February 28, 2013, the Company did not repurchase shares of common stock.  The remaining amount available under the repurchase program was $143.4 million as of February 28, 2014.
