The carrying value of long-term debt (including current portion) was $117.0 million and $117.2 million at August 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively.  The fair value of this debt was estimated to be $113.3 million and $116.5 million as of August 31, 2017 and 2016, based on current market rates as of the respective year-ends.
