Includes unrealized losses of $1,434 for the three months ended September 30, 2016 related to certain cross-currency swaps designated as cash flow hedges which offset unrealized gains on the remeasurement of certain intercompany loans. The cross-currency swap contracts designated as cash flow hedges did not have an impact during the prior comparative period.
