SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 27, 2017, we entered into a definitive agreement to sell our State College retail branch office to First Citizens Community Bank. The retail branch office will remain open for business throughout the transition and will continue to offer all products and services to customers. The all-cash transaction is expected to close in December 2017, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
