MORTGAGE SERVICING RIGHTS

For the years ended December 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015, the 1-4 family mortgage loans that were sold to Fannie Mae amounted to $78.8 million, $93.9 million and $76.8 million. At December 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015 our servicing portfolio totaled $441 million, $407 million and $361 million.
