Accounts Receivable	Accounts Receivable We have receivables purchase agreements (“RPAs”) with Wells Fargo and Citibank that allow for the sale of up to an aggregate limit of $725.0 million of our accounts receivable. For the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, cash payments to the owners of accounts receivable were $2.0 billion and $1.9 billion respectively, and cash proceeds from the sale of accounts receivable were $2.0 billion and $1.9 billion respectively. The fees and financing costs under the RPA were $5.8 million and $4.0 million for the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively. As of March 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018, our sold accounts receivable under the RPAs was $479.0 million and $508.2 million, respectively.
