Regulation FD Disclosure

World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the UVair® fuel business from Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
