Item 7.01.   Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 19, 2020, World Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a conference call has been scheduled on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 5:00PM Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s fourth quarter and full year results, as well as certain forward-looking information.  The Company plans to release its fourth quarter and full year results after the market closes on the same date.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
