During the three months ended September 30, 2023, the Company sold no OREO properties. During the three months ended September 30, 2022, the Company sold OREO properties with net book balances of $1.1 million. During the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, the Company sold OREO properties with net book balances of $0.3 million and $2.9 million, respectively.
