During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, the Company sold OREO properties with net book balances of $0.1 million and $2.7 million, respectively. During the three months ended September 30, 2023, the Company sold no OREO properties. During the nine months ended September 30, 2023, the Company sold OREO properties with net book balances of $0.3 million. Sales of OREO properties resulted in net OREO gains of zero and net OREO losses of $0.1 million, which were included within other non-interest expense in the consolidated statements of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, respectively. During the nine months ended September 30, 2023, sales of OREO properties resulted in net OREO losses of $11 thousand.
