RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	13. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company paid $2,000 to Kanders & Company, Inc., a company controlled by Warren Kanders, our Chief Executive Officer, for services related to the acquisition of TYR, which is included in related party expense in the Company’s condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company paid $1,000 to Kanders & Company, Inc. for services related to the acquisition of Zircaloy, which is included in related party expense in the Company’s condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income.
