New Accounting Pronouncements

In April 2014, the FASB issued Standards Updatre No 2014-08, Presentation of Financial Statements and Property, Plant, and Equipment. This update changes the requirements for reporting discontinued operations and requires additional disclosures. This guidance is effective for the Company beginning January 1, 2015. The implementation of the amended accounting guidance is not expected to have a material impact on our consolidated financial position or results of operations.

The entire disclosure of changes in accounting principles, including adoption of new accounting pronouncements, that describes the new methods, amount and effects on financial statement line items.
