Stock-Based Compensation	Note 8:  Stock-Based Compensation In the first quarter of fiscal 2012, we granted 0.3 million stock options, 0.2 million restricted shares and 0.7 million performance awards to employees. Total compensation expense recognized in the consolidated statement of income for all equity based compensation was $1.7 million and $3.3 million for the second quarter and first six months of fiscal 2012, respectively, and was categorized as a component of selling, general, and administrative expense in our consolidated statement of income.  For the second quarter and first six months of fiscal 2011, we recorded compensation expense for all equity based compensation of $1.3 million and $2.4 million, respectively.
