Subsequent Event	Note 13:  Subsequent Event On August 13, 2012, we entered into a purchase agreement to acquire La-Z-Recliner Shops, Inc., an independent operator of nine La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries® stores in the southern Ohio market, for $18.0 million. The impact of this acquisition on our results of operations is not expected to be material, and as such proforma financial information will not be required. We expect to complete the acquisition during the second quarter of fiscal 2013.
