Goodwill	Note 6:  Goodwill As a result of the acquisition of our southern Ohio retail market discussed in Note 2, we recognized $12.8 million of goodwill. Our goodwill is recorded in our Retail segment and will be amortized and deducted for federal income tax purposes over 15 years.
