Related Party Transactions	Note 17 – Related Party Transactions The Company has a 41.9% interest in Axis, LLC (Axis), a joint venture. The Company purchased $1.8 million and $4.5 million of railcar components from Axis for the three and six months ended February 28, 2023, respectively and $3.3 million and $6.1 million for the three and six months ended February 28, 2022, respectively.
