Related Party Transactions	Note 16 – Related Party Transactions The Company has a 41.9% interest in Axis, LLC (Axis), a joint venture. The Company purchased $1.6 million and $4.7 million of railcar components from Axis for the three and six months ended February 28, 2025, respectively, and $2.5 million and $4.8 million for the three and six months ended February 29, 2024, respectively.
