Commitments and Contingencies	Note 13 – Commitments and Contingencies Loan Commitments. As described in Note 6, at March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the Company had $34,650 of unfunded loan commitments related to the condominium conversion loan. At March 31, 2013, the Company had $10,861 of unfunded loan commitments related to the condominium construction loan.
