Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies Loan Commitments. As described in Note 6, at June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the Company had $34,650 of unfunded loan commitments related to the condominium conversion loan that closed in December 2012. At June 30, 2013, the Company had $3,901 of unfunded loan commitments related to the condominium construction loan that closed in January 2013.
