Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent to the quarter ended September 30, 2021, the following events took place: Investment activity: We committed capital of $309.6 million ($262.0 million of which was funded at closing) for two first mortgage loans and $31.2 million (all of which was funded at closing) for a subordinate loan secured by a residential-for-sale: inventory property located in Boston, MA. In addition, we funded approximately $31.8 million for previously closed loans. Loan Repayments: We received approximately $177.1 million from loan repayments, including a full repayment on one first mortgage loan.
