Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent to the quarter ended March 31, 2022, the following events took place: Investment activity: We originated a £407.0 million ($530.3 million assuming conversion into USD) floating-rate commercial mortgage loan secured by two retail properties in the United Kingdom, of which £377.0 million ($491.2 million assuming conversion into USD) was funded at close. In addition, we funded approximately $45.0 million for previously closed loans. Loan Repayments: We received approximately $28.0 million from loan repayments.
