Subsequent Events	Note 20 – Subsequent Events Subsequent to the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the following events took place: Investment Activity: We closed $388.0 million in new commitments across two first mortgage loans with $324.3 million funded at close. Additionally, we funded approximately $51.4 million for previously closed loans. Loan Repayments: We received approximately $271.3 million from loan repayments, including a full repayment of a £149.8 million ($199.9 assuming conversion into USD) first mortgage secured by a portfolio of senior housing properties located throughout the United Kingdom.
