We lease properties in California, Florida, Illinois, Tennessee, and the United Kingdom. We also have smaller rented offices in Ohio, the United Arab Emirates, the People's Republic of China and the Federal Republic of Germany.

At June 30, 2014, the minimum payments under our operating leases for each of the five succeeding fiscal years were as follows (in thousands):

We purchase components from a variety of suppliers and use contract manufacturers to provide manufacturing services for our products. During the normal course of business, we issue purchase orders with estimates of our requirements several months ahead of the delivery dates. Our near-term commitments to our contract manufacturers and suppliers totaled $11.3 million as of June 30, 2014.
