COMMON STOCK REPURCHASE	12. COMMON STOCK REPURCHASE On July 23, 2008, our Board of Directors authorized an additional 500,000 shares of our common stock for repurchase under our previously announced stock repurchase program bringing the total number of shares authorized to 1,500,000 shares. During fiscal 2008, we began to repurchase our common stock and purchased 471,200 shares for $5.1 million. During fiscal 2009, we purchased an additional 893,162 shares for $6.6 million. We did not repurchase any of our stock during fiscal 2010 or fiscal 2011. As of September 30, 2011, 135,638 shares remain available for repurchase.

12. COMMON STOCK REPURCHASE

On July 23, 2008, our Board of Directors authorized an additional 500,000 shares of our common stock for repurchase under our previously announced stock repurchase program bringing the total number of shares authorized to 1,500,000 shares. During fiscal 2008, we began to repurchase our common stock and purchased 471,200 shares for $5.1 million. During fiscal 2009, we purchased an additional 893,162 shares for $6.6 million. We did not repurchase any of our stock during fiscal 2010 or fiscal 2011. As of September 30, 2011, 135,638 shares remain available for repurchase.
