EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANSWe currently have a savings and profit sharing plan pursuant to Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code), whereby eligible employees may contribute up to 25% of their pre-tax earnings subject to certain limits under law.We provide a match of 100% on the first 3% of each employee’s bi-weekly contribution and a 50% match on the next 2% of each employee’s bi-weekly contribution. The employer matching contribution was reinstated for all employees after a suspension effective May 3, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2020 in the United States and Canada. We provided matching contributions of $2.4 million for fiscal 2021, $1.7 million for fiscal 2020 and $1.8 million for fiscal 2019.
