Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 15 — Related Party Transactions The Company has made various advances to certain employees. Amounts due from employees included in prepaids, deposits, and other current assets at December 28, 2012 and December 30, 2011 were $11,000 and $10,000, respectively.
