Schedule Of Tax Incentives

The net impact of these tax incentives was to lower foreign income tax expense for the six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020 by approximately $2.2 million (approximately $0.06 per diluted share) and $2.3 million (approximately $0.06 per diluted share), respectively, as follows:
